Over 600 expectant Mothers have received a donation of maama kits from the Buyaga East Member of Parliament Eric Musanato help them have safe delivery.
The donation exercise was conducted last evening 07th Dec 2024 at St. Martha P/S Play ground in Kagadi Sub-County during the Acaalifemale tournament competitions for Kagadi Zone.
Tumwebaze Justine Aisha the Kagadi district health educator challenged women to embrace giving birth from health facilities to reduce cases of preterm births.
She applauds the legislator for his passionate services extended to the vulnerable communities in the constituency.
The Buyaga East Member of Parliament Eric Musanaurged pregnant women to embrace antenatal services, feed well and do physical exercises to become health and give birth to a health child.
Meanwhile, expectant mothers expressed their joy upon receiving the maama kits and commended MP Musana for the support and for improving health services in their area.
