The Buyaga East MP Eric Musana has assured the people of Kasokero Lc1 in Kyenzige Sub-County of the government’s program to extend electricity and piped water projects to their area this year.
He said Kasokero and other neighboring areas will be connected and served with water from Kyanaisoke piped water project under the government’s broader strategy of increasing access to safe water.
Musana asserts that government has already funded the electricity project that will extend power to Kasokero and the contractor will begin the works immediately after he completes electricity connections in Kakumiro district.
He rallied the electorate to remain calm over stalled government projects, stressing that government works in phases.
The legislator unveiled the developments on Sunday at the marriage ceremony of Omuhereza Businge in Kasokero Lc1 in Kyenzige sub-county, Kagadi district.
MP Musana further asked married couples to work together and remain committed to their marriage vows to establish strong family institutions.
Meanwhile, earlier in the day, MP Eric Musana MP also graced a fund raising ceremony at Beseri COU in Kanyegaramire ward, Kyenzige town council Kagadi district.
The legislator urged Christians to shun domestic violence in their families.
He asserts that peace is the key peeler in peace building and socio-economic development.
MP Musaana condemns the rampant murder cases resulting from domestic violence, asking the perpetrators to reform and focus on developing their communities.
MP Musana also rallied for support from the electorate in the next elections, for the continuity of service delivery in all sectors.
He contributed over 1M shillings to support the construction of the church.
Meanwhile, Christians filled with joy have praised MP Eric Musana for the support and service delivery, thus promising him support in the forthcoming elections.
