As Buyaga east concerns continue to be addressed, Naigana, Kyanaisoke water supply system project has been handed over to the contractor and is to be complete in 3 months from now.
The launching of construction works and handing over the project to the Mexus green company limited was held on Thursday at the premises of Naigana secondary school grounds in Kyanaisoke sub county Kagadi district at a tune of over 778 million shillings.
In his remarks, the deputy RDC Kagadi Benjamin Tumusime emphasized that its an obligation by president Museveni throuth his leaders for all communities to have affordable water supply systems at a subsidized price.
The district chairman Ndibwami B yosia commended the cooperation and lobbying capabilities among the other leaders he is working with especially MP Eric Musana, noting that another similar project worth 700 Million shillings is to be launched in Kagadi sub-county still in Buyaga East.
Eng. Robert Bukenya the Kagadi district water officer noted that the project arrangements began about 6month ago and is expected to be handed over to the community 3 month from now calling for support and cooperation from residents.
Meanwhile the Local leadership Led by the LC 3 chairman Kyanaisoke Mugisa Yuda Tadeo and district councilor for PWDs Vincent Kamihanda Aligonzawenka expressed optimism that with the leadership of MP Eric Musana as the Mp Buyaga East, most expectations are becoming realistic.
This is the latest water supply project among the many in Buyaga East constituency under the leadership of MP Eric Musana including that of Kabamba, Bugwara,Kicuucura, Kiryanga, Mabale,Kyenzige and Now Kyanaisoke with Kagadi sub county coming up next.
