Rev.Brian Gumisiriza has been installed as the new parish priest for St.Andrew’s COU Parish,at a ceremony held at Katikengeye archdeaconry headquarters in Nyakarongo Sub-County,Kagadi district.
Rev.Brian Gumisiriza replaces Rev.Capt.Aalon Atusasiire who was transferred to St.Paul’s Rushoroza COU Parish in Kyaterekera town council,Kagadi district.
The event was led by the archdeacon of Katikengeye archdeaconry Ven.Rev.Capt.Wilson Atuhiire who officiated at the installation service.
In his sermon,Capt.Atuhiire urged Rev.Brian Gumisiriza to prioritize evangelism, construction of a new church, developing Katikengeye COU SS and have a team spirit to spearhead the development of the church projects.

Robert Habasa the head of laity Katikengeye archdeaconry asked Christians to cooperate with the new parish priest Rev.Brian Gumisiriza for the development of the parish and the entire archdeaconry.

Meanwhile, Rv. Brian Gumisiriza applauded Christians for according him a warm reception, also asking the flock to support him in his pastoral work to realize more developments in the parish.
