Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, the Founder and Leader of the Faith of Unity (Itambiro), has received an International Humanitarian Award from the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Chapter in Washington, D.C., USA.
The award was presented at Kapyemi Healing City in Kagadi District in recognition of his contribution to peace, unity, healing, and nation-building.
In a message delivered by the Chairperson of the USA NRM Chapter, Aliju N. Brazil, the organization praised Owobusobozi Bisaka for his humanitarian work, spiritual leadership, patriotism, and community development.
The chapter also recognized his support for the NRM government, his teachings on peace and unity, and his work through the Faith of Unity.
It further acknowledged his authorship of The Book of God of the Age of Omukama, which adherents regard as the word of God for the current era.
Addressing the guests, Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka thanked the USA NRM Chapter for recognizing his contribution to peace, unity, healing, and nation-building.
He commended the Sitting NRM government for freedom of worship and its overwhelming love towards their faith.
The latest award adds to several national and international recognitions Owobusobozi Bisaka has received for his humanitarian and community development efforts.
