Rev.Fr.Godfrey Kirabo of Mugarike Catholic parish has expressed concern over the new wave of non communicable diseases such as depression and pressure that have claimed many lives in the country.
He notes with concern that many people have become over ambitious over earthly things evading God causing potential threats to their lives.
Rev.Fr.Kirabo raised the concerns while leading funeral mass at the send off of late Lawrensio Ntamukunzi in Kanyabebe West Lc1,Kanyabebe Sub-County in Kagadi district.
Citing this Christmas festive season,Fr.Kirabo resonates that many people prioritize earthly things over God, women stresses their husbands to buy for them expensive items causing depression and ultimate death to the harassed family heads.
He implores Christians to live a prayerful life and have strong faith in God to manage stress and overcome these dangers.

Meanwhile, Rev.Fr.Kirabo also asked mourners to become good at all times irrespective of their religious affiliations to inherit the kingdom of God.
He further asked Christians to support the needy such as the hungry, the sick, orphans and the inmates for more blessings.
