A section of Musicians in Kagadi district under their association “Team no stress group “have embarked on savings to enhance their household incomes and benefit from government programs.
This was revealed by group chairperson Abigaba Eria alias“MC Simple” during a meeting held on 11th March 2026 at Peoples’ Hope Hotel in Kagadi town.
He says they will make weekly savings on every Sunday to enhance their incomes and attract government funding to the association.
Abigaba says every member shall be entitled to contribute 11,000 Shillings as seed capital.
He adds they will start investments in commercial agriculture such as poultry and goat rearing to improve their wellbeing.
Abigaba further asked the Bunyoro leaders to help them meet president Yoweri Museven and present their concerns to him. They say campaigned for him in the last elections, secured win but he is yet to reward them.
Businge Yasini aka “BY da star” a musician from Muhorro town council asked Prime Minister Robina Nabanja to connect them to the president.
