Authorities have refuted any political motives in the death of a teenager youth in Nyabutanzi Sub County Kagadi district.
The leaders including police findings and local leaders have found no any political motives in the death of one Barnabas Tulinawe 19 years as alleged by the fearful team Rulekere.
The LC three chairman Nyabutanzi Sub-County Kalid Baluku Yusufu noted that the death resulted from the Bar fight noting that even his father died of self poisoning.

Led by the LC1 chairman Joseph Kapass, the locals also gave their motives into the death of the youth boy distancing it from any political wrangles.

Meanwhile other concerned citizens have noted with concern some hooliganism in the constituency instigated by the team allegedly led by one Stephen Twesige Rulekere calling peaceful and action based campaigns than malice and propaganda.

Albertine regional police spokesperson SP Allan Julius Hakiza
On the same development, the Albertine regional police Spokesperson SP Allan Julius Hakiza also refuted allegations that late Barnabas Turinawe 19 years and resident of Nyabutazi Sub-County succumbed to injuries inflicted on him by the supporters of Buyaga East MP Eric Musana.
The supporters of Buyaga East MP aspirant Steven Twesige Rulekere have been spreading propaganda that Barnabas Turinawe was assaulted by MP Musana’s supporters leading to his death.
However clarifying the matter in an interview with Paradigm FM last evening, SP Allan Julius Hakiza said the victim had a serious scuffle with his colleagues following a dispute in a bar that was not related at all with politics.
He says the victim was assaulted on 14th May,2025 and died on 16th June at Hoima regional referral hospital where he had been admitted for specialized treatment.
SP Hakiza however declined to reveal the identities of the suspects as they are still at large not to jeopardize with investigations that might lead to their arrests.
He condemns some politicians for politicizing every criminality, noting that such behaviors interfere with police investigations.

As the 2025-26 elections approaches, supporters of Twesige Steven Rulerekere continue to spread harmful propaganda and inciting violence as their political pathway to gain support. However their actions have now been understood and might not create any positive impact on ground.
