Students of Paradigm Institute of Business and Media Studies in Kagadi have excelled in the Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board, (UVTAB), examinations.
The institute says at least 95 percent of the candidates who sat the exams passed.
Speaking to Paradigm FM, the institute principal, Kunihira Kusemererwa, said 203 students sat the examinations in business, media and vocational courses at certificate and diploma levels.
The candidates included both continuing students and finalists.
Kusemererwa has attributed the good performance to the commitment of the institute’s management, teachers and students.
He has thanked parents for supporting their children’s education and skills development.
Some of the successful students, pursuing courses including Journalism, Secretarial Studies and Public Administration, thanked their parents and lecturers for their support and guidance.
The students have attributed their success to hard work and the conducive learning environment provided by the institute.
