Kagadi

Finalist students at Paradigm Institute of Business and Media Studies in Kagadi District have been advised against rushing into early marriage if they are to fully benefit from their education and build meaningful careers.

The call was made on Saturday by Semate Robert, Director of Bunyoro College Secondary School, while officiating as chief guest at the institute’s finalists’ farewell and freshers’ welcoming ceremony held at Paradigm Institute premises in Kagadi Town. He encouraged the finalists to remain focused on their academic and professional growth, emphasizing the importance of advancing to higher levels of education.

Semate also tasked the newly admitted students to clearly understand their purpose at the institute, noting that this would help them perform to their full potential.

Buyaga East Member of Parliament Eric Musana, who is also the institute’s proprietor, delivered his message through the Administrator, Edward Asiimwe.

He urged the new students to embrace and appreciate the institute in order to excel in their studies. He further encouraged the finalists to act as good ambassadors of Paradigm Institute wherever they go.

The institute’s Principal, Kusemerwa Kunihira, called on the finalists to make practical use of the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies to succeed in the community and job market.

Meanwhile, students expressed gratitude for the time spent at the institute, applauding the lecturers for their support and dedication. They pledged to apply the skills gained and compete effectively in the wider world.
