Mourners in Kikuube district have been urged to prepare for untimely death through salvation to inherit eternal life.
The call was made on Sunday by Rev.Eric Magezi of Wambabya COU parish,Kigaaya archdeaconry at the send off service of late Stephen Karyongo in Kanyegaramire village,Kidoma parish, Kiziranfumbi Sub-County in Kikuube district.
Rev.Magezi advised Christians to denounce sin and seek for Christ when still alive, stressing that earthly life is too short.
He eulogized late Steven Karyongo as hardworking whose tireless efforts towards supporting church and community developments will be remembered.
Rev.Magezi praised late Karyongo for educating his children and nurturing them in Christ.

In her remarks, the Kikuube district woman MP Flora Natumanya said the government has allocated more 10,000 land titles to Kikuube district under systematic land demarcation.
She rallied local council one chairpersons to mobilize residents and register to benefit from the program.
Additionally, Natumanya further cautioned the bereaved family against sharing the family land, but rather use it collectively for commercial agriculture to improve their homestead incomes.
