Kyenjojo
Christians in Kyenjojo district have been encouraged to exercise good acts if they are to inherit the kingdom of God.
The call was made last evening by Rev. Fr. Moses Mwebembezi the Mabira catholic parish priest while leading the memorial mass of late Peter Kyamuhangire in Katara cell Katooke town council in Kyenjojo district.
Late Peter Kyamuhangire was father to Paul Eyadema, Paradigm FM Staff and the memorial mass was held in honour of his tireless service he offered to the Catholic Church, that he served as a catechist for many years.
In his homily, Fr. Mwebembezi urged Christians to actively engage in deeds of kindness, compassion, and generosity, asserting that good works are a key aspect of Christian living.
He eulogized late Kyamuhangire as an educator, loving and a caring Christian who demonstrated faith through extending tangible acts of service to the community and impacting many lives.

At the event, the Buyaga East MP Eric Musana asked the family members to emulate and uphold the legacy of their late father, and promote unity in their family.
He supported the function with 400,000 Shillings.

Meanwhile, the Kagadi district woman MP Janepher Kyomuhendo Mbabazi represented by the aspiring Kyenjojo district youth chairperson and Paradigm FM staff William Friday also asked the family members to uphold the legacy of their late father, who dedicated his entire life serving the church whole heartedly and with compassion.
On his behalf, Friday asked the youth to give him mandate as the Kyenjojo district youth chairperson to address the challenges mainly affecting the youth and for other development programs he will lobby in partnership with other leaders.

Paul Eyadema who represented the family, says the memorial mass fosters unity in the family and bonds them with the catholic church, which committed to hold annual masses with the family to honour and celebrate the deceased’s life and dedicated service to the church.
