The founder and leader of the Faith of Unity, Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, has commended the NRM government for promoting peace and freedom of worship in Uganda.
Bisaka praised President Yoweri Museveni and his government for creating an environment in which people can freely practise their faith.
He made the remarks on Friday October 7, while addressing believers at Bulingo Itambiro, under Bufunjo Bukwenda in Kyenjojo District.
He also applauded civil servants and security personnel for maintaining good working relations with the Faith of Unity.

During the gathering, Bisaka also preached the message of oneness, urging believers to embrace unity regardless of their education, age, social status or religious background.
He said unity is essential for social progress and peaceful coexistence.
At the ceremony, Bisaka inaugurated 257 new Bahereza and welcomed 227 new converts into the Faith of Unity.
He urged the new Bahereza to uphold the faith’s principles by avoiding alcohol, witchcraft and actions that could harm other people.
