The Bunyoro Kitara Diocese has appointed former Hoima District Local Council Five Chairman, George Tinkamanyire Bagonza, as the new Chairperson of the Bunyoro Kitara Diocese Land Board.
The appointment was made during a Diocesan Council meeting held on Wednesday September 16th, in Hoima city.
Other members of the board include the Diocesan Secretary, Rev Canon Francis Barongo; the Diocesan Chancellor, Robert Irumba; and the Diocesan Land and Estates Officer, Geoffrey Muhanuzi.
The board also includes Robert Nkwasibwe, Solomon Kahuma Businge, Rev.Benoni Turyamuguna, Rev. Jackson Kyamanywa, and George Kajura.
The Bunyoro Kitara Diocese has congratulated George Tinkamanyire Bagonza upon his appointment and wished him wisdom and success as he takes on the new responsibility.
