Kagadi

Parents have been urged to allow and encourage their children to attend church during Sundays, especially during the ongoing school holidays.

Speaking to Paradigm FM on Monday, Rev.Eric Irumba, the Vicar of St Luke’s COU Kagadi parish, emphasized the importance of nurturing children spiritually from an early age.

He noted that prayer and regular participation in worship play a vital role in shaping children’s character and moral values.

Rev.Irumba encouraged parents to use the holiday period as an opportunity to guide their children in faith and instil strong moral principles. He advised children to use their holidays productively by dedicating time to prayer.

Meanwhile, he urged both parents and children to remain vigilant during the holiday period, ensuring that children stay focused and disciplined so that they return to school as responsible and steadfast individuals to pursue studies.
